SHARE ACCOUNTS

A share account is required to become a member of the Steuben Citizens Federal Credit Union. This accounts represents your membership and eligibility for other services we have to offer.

A $5 minimum balance is required to activate a share account with a $1 initial entrance fee (Fees or charges could effect the minimum required balance). You must maintain a $5 balance in your share account at all times.

We offer a share (savings) account with a dividend rate that is compounded daily and paid quarterly to accounts with a minimum average balance of $100.00. Accounts are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
